re:MIND Online Group Registration
re:MIND now offers the convenience and ease of online support groups through Zoom (video and audio required). You can attend a support group from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office.
re:MIND's online support groups offer the same quality standards that you have come to expect and appreciate from our in-person groups. Our online groups are currently open to anyone living in Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria or Galveston counties. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our general adult groups or 13-17 to be eligible for our adolescent group.

What is the cost to attend a group?
The group is free of charge. However, your generosity in providing a donation greatly helps us offset the cost of providing the service. Please consider donating to help us continue offering free services to the Houston community.
How long are the groups?
The groups are 90 minutes long unless otherwise stated.

Why do I need to turn on video and audio to attend online groups?
Having the video and audio requirement is to allow us to ensure group safety and confidentiality to the best of our ability.
Why are there so little online groups?
Online groups are scheduled quarterly. You will see groups for the remainder of the current quarter. If all groups are full currently, please check back at another time to sign up for groups when they are visible.
Why are groups limited to a certain area?
re:MIND currently provide services to Greater Houston. The area restriction is to best provide appropriate local resources as well as crisis intervention as needed. You may find resources near you by reaching out to +211, other DBSA chapters or Psychology Today.
