re:MIND offers community and online support groups to adolescents in the Greater Houston community. These groups are open to adolescents between 13 and 17 years of age.
The group is a safe place for adolescents to talk about coping skills, process feelings, and provide support to their peers. The group is led by a trained facilitator and is professionally monitored and managed. The group is best utilized as only one part of an overall wellness plan which may include therapy, medication, counseling, etc.
