2019 Group Statistics & Participant Satisfaction Survey Result
re:MIND would like to thank every collaborator for partnering with us to host support groups in 2019. Your time, dedication, and generosity have made this partnership possible.
Contributions in the form of meeting space and referrals from organizations like these are vital to re:MIND’s ability to provide the 2,268 professionally managed and monitored peer support groups that served 2,883 unique individuals at 69 locations during 2019. We are pleased to report that during that time period we achieved the following benchmarks for our support group:
During the first quarter of 2020, re:MIND Depression and Bipolar Support conducted its annual “Participant Satisfaction Survey”. The survey provides both quality improvement and assurance metrics that are used to improve re:MIND’s delivery of services. The survey is given to participants at every site location during one random week in the first quarter of each year.
